Domestic & international shipping

For the United Kingdom we offer shipping by 48HR SHIPPING WITH TRACKING, based on the size and weight of your order.Shipping starts at £4.20 based on the Royal Mail payment structure. Once complete we will email you with the tracking code and receipt information.

Internationally, all countries are sent tracked.  ROYAL MAIL TRACKED, this has a guarantee attached to the item and cost is based upon the weight of the purchases and delivery is usually within 7 days of postage. If your order is over 2kg we will send by courier. Full tracking details are given within these orders. Our chosen couriers now included handling fees which are reflected in our postage prices. This should mean you have no fees to pay on delivery.

returns & exchanges

Yes we do accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact me within 7 days within receiving your goods we will accept a return. We will replace your good like for like, or offer a refund to the value of the goods.

All refunds are minus the postage costs.

damaged or faulty goods

If at all, your item arrives damaged or faulty, just return for a full exchange or refund. We provide washing instructions in with our shipping to help maintain your items as long as possible.
